50 More New Channels From Astro?

ASTRO is expected to repackage its channel bundles with additional 50 to 60 new channels to hit our big square box next April, after the launch of Measat-3 Satellite. Hmmm.. I wonder whether they will impose higher subscription fees? I would expect ASTRO’s strategy to reshuffle the content of the current packages, in such a way that subscribers may have to subscribe more to cover every favorite channels. But then, with rival MiTV’s attractive subscription fee and niche channels, let’s hope ASTRO will continue to keep its channels and fee competitive.
