I was doing some spring cleaning to clear some old clothings and handbags to give away for charity when I stumbled upon an old note in one of my old handbags. The note reads:

I remembered vividly. It happened just 5 years ago. I was struggling with my career. My then boss was giving me a hard time. I almost gave up, I almost quit the company had it not for this simple note which was printed on a notepad. This simple note inspired me and my diligence and perseverance pays off. In just 5 years, I was promoted from a Senior Executive to Assistant Manager, to Manager, then Departmental Head and became one of the highest flying managers.
No challenge is too daunting, no goal is too distant… All it takes is pure hard work, best effort and a strong will and believe in whatever you want to reach…
